The Malaysian Driver #2

January 10, 2009

I have about four years of driving experience. But yesterday, I learnt something new.

The average non-Malaysian driver uses the side indicators to request permission to change lanes. The Malaysian driver, on the other hand, uses the indicator as a warning to everyone else on the road.

Sometimes, we use them AFTER we’ve changed lanes.

Good point! Then again, if you do indicate, all you need to do is to drive FASTER than everyone else!
